Suggested Recipe

New Potato and Smoked Brie Melt

(Serves 4)

1 kg new potatoes scrubbed
1 smoked brie

Cook the potatoes in plenty of salted water until tender. Drain and slice onto an oven - proof dish. Slice the smoked brie over the potatoes and place the dish under a hot grill until golden and bubbling.

Serve with a sharply dressed crisp green salad.
